We offer fully furnished, shared quality single-family homes for independent living.

How do I apply for housing?

Visit our website and fill out the contact form. One of our Reps will reach out to you.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in only specified locations. Each location will have information about accommodating pets and the criteria for pets. Pets are not allowed in some locations.

What is the lease term?

Lease terms are annually generally. Situations may require specific adjustment to lease terms. Terms are specified on the agreements.

Is deposit required and how much is it?

Deposit is required to secure the rental unit. It is in accordance with leasing terms in the locality. It is refundable if there is no damage to the property. Fair wear and tear from reasonable and normal usage is understandable. Security deposit is usually about the same amount as the monthly rent.

VetraCore Housing does not provide transportation currently.

VetraCore Housing includes internet access / Wi-Fi in most of the rental homes.

Do you pay utilities in your units-gas, electricity and water?

Utilities are included in the rent in some rental locations. Details will be shown and discussed in the listing of the rental unit.

VetraCore Housing requires Renter's Insurance in some locations. Renters Insurance cost is reasonale and offers reasonable protection.
